PERFECT-3D provides 3D-printed ceramic cores for a variety of applications. The process starts with customer-supplied 3D geometry to determine the best orientation and post processing requirements. The cores are first 3D-printed, which is followed by a cleaning and inspection process to ensure structural integrity and compliance with dimensional requirements. The cores then undergo a high-temperature pyrolysis where the ceramic is sintered to the appropriate shape and mechanical properties. The final step is complete structural, dimensional, and mechanical inspection. Cores are then delivered to the customer ready for use.
PERFECT-3D provides both silica and alumina-based material that can be used for specific applications. The PERFECT-3D engineering team can assist in selecting the proper ceramic material for your specific application. The 3D-printed approach supports the need for a few cores for development, or hundreds of cores for production.
